L170 service cart, designed to make SF6 gas recovery, evacuation, and filling faster, easier, and quieter than ever before. Decades of research and development have resulted in the most efficient gas cart on the market, able to recover a 1,000l and 5 bar pa gas compartment down to 1 mbar in 38 minutes*. Operation is simple and seamless with a 10” touch panel and an intuitive user navigation available in several languages.

Using DILO’s newly developed B200 processing plant, large I.D. components and minimal plumbing throughout, these carts dramatically reduce flow restriction while increasing the overall throughput more than ever before. A new software interface controlled through a re-designed smart panel display makes operation the most simplistic yet! In addition to all of the previous innovations that have made the L-series the most popular large gas service carts in the world, DILO also now offers options for remote control of all functions via smartphone, tablet, or PC and the ability of air evacuation while simultaneously running gas recovery or filling.

The cordless battery operated device measures in seven levels of sensitivity within a short response time. Even after the detection of large leaks the device returns to zero position quickly. The SF6 LeakPointer is easy to operate with one hand. Leakages can be easily detected via the clearly visible LED display or the audible signal (can be switched off). Continuous operation of the device is possible.

The Mirror-Analyser SF6 uses the physical dew point mirror measuring principle which is characterised by its high precision and utmost reliability in order to measure the moisture content. By cooling the integrated mirror the moisture content of the gas is determined by measuring the temperature depending on the condensation or icing of the mirror. The other parameters of SF6 quality are determined by measuring the speed of sound (SF6 volume percentage) and electrochemical reaction (SO2 concentration).

Moisture is the most important criteria for the determination of the gas quality. This device has been designed specially for SF6 moisture measurements. It shows a higher resistance against contamination and SF6 decomposition products than conventional moisture sensors and even minimises the usual long time drifting. The integrated electronic flow meter supports the minimisation of the gas sample quantity and works independently of its position which is the optimum for gas sampling from circuit breaker. Pressure and temperature influences on the measuring result can be excluded. It is a reliable instrument which is indispensable.

This emission-free, multi-functional measuring device can determine up to six measuring parameters with only one sample: SF6 volume percentage (%) , Moisture concentration , SO2 concentration (ppm) Option: HF concentration (ppm) , H2S concentration (ppm) , CO concentration (ppm)
